The concept of "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" was widely accepted for thousand years. It is now well known that some foods and food components have beneficial physiological and psychological effects. In China, the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China announced 87 items of materials, including 81 plants, could be used as both medicine and food. Increasing consumer demand for safety and health benefits, it is of critical importance to have high-quality and comprehensive data on bioactive compounds (phytochemicals) in these materials. In this review, we summarized the advanced development (2006-2010) in analysis of phytochemicals from medicine and food dual purposes plants (MFDPP) used in China.  相似文献

In this paper, we focus on a food chain chemostat model with general response functions, perturbed by white noise. Under appropriate assumptions, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution by using stochastic Lyapunov analysis method. In this paper, we study the dynamical behavior of a stochastic food chain chemostat model, in which the white noise is proportional to the variables. Firstly, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution. Then by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, we show the system has a unique ergodic stationary distribution. Furthermore, the extinction of microorganisms is discussed in two cases. In one case, both the prey and the predator species are extinct, and in the other case, the prey species is surviving and the predator species is extinct. Finally, numerical experiments are performed for supporting the theoretical results.  相似文献

针对“互联网+食品”新兴业态产生的更为严峻的食品安全问题,本文研究政府对网络食品安全实施直接监管下的最优监管策略,以及在网络平台参与监管时政府的最优间接监管策略,并考虑了网络平台与食品企业合谋对监管效率的影响。结果表明,在食品安全问题被发现的概率越大或食品安全问题发生对政府影响较大时,选择直接监管策略会更优;但监管成本的增加会降低政府直接监管的动因,促使政府选择间接监管策略;比较两种策略可知,间接监管模式更能抑制平台与企业的合谋行为。此外,研究还表明在直接监管策略下,由于提高食品企业的惩罚力度会降低政府的监管强度,因此加大惩罚并不总能提高政府的效益;而在间接监管策略下,加大对网络平台的惩罚会使网络平台加大监管力度,从而提高政府的效益。  相似文献

Essential oils (EOs) have been used for centuries, and interest in these compounds has been revived in recent years. Due to their unique chemical composition as well as antimicrobial, immunostimulatory, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, EOs are used in pharmacology, cosmetology and, increasingly, in animal breeding and rearing, and processing of animal raw materials. Essential oils have become a natural alternative to preservatives, taste enhancers and, most importantly, antibiotics, because the European Union banned the use of antibiotics in metaphylaxis in animal husbandry in 2006. In the animal production chain, EOs are used mainly as feed additives to improve feed palatability and increase feed intake, improve animal resistance and health status, and to prevent and treat diseases. Recent research indicates that EOs can also be applied to sanitize poultry houses, and they can be used as biopesticides in organic farming. Essential oils effectively preserve meat and milk and, consequently, improve the safety, hygiene and quality of animal-based foods. Novel technologies such as encapsulation may increase the bioavailability of EOs and their application in the production of food and feed additives.  相似文献

Mycotoxins represent a wide range of secondary, naturally occurring and practically unavoidable fungal metabolites. They contaminate various agricultural commodities like cereals, maize, peanuts, fruits, and feed at any stage in pre- or post-harvest conditions. Consumption of mycotoxin-contaminated food and feed can cause acute or chronic toxicity in human and animals. The risk that is posed to public health have prompted the need to develop methods of analysis and detection of mycotoxins in food products. Mycotoxins wide range of structural diversity, high chemical stability, and low concentrations in tested samples require robust, effective, and comprehensible detection methods. This review summarizes current methods, such as chromatographic and immunochemical techniques, as well as novel, alternative approaches like biosensors, electronic noses, or molecularly imprinted polymers that have been successfully applied in detection and identification of various mycotoxins in food commodities. In order to highlight the significance of sampling and sample treatment in the analytical process, these steps have been comprehensively described.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of high pressure processing on the molecular structure of some unsaturated fatty acids. Samples of elaidic acid, linoleic acid, ZE and EE conjugated linoleic acid are treated at 293 or 333?K at pressures up to 700?MPa. It is observed that the adiabatic heat generated from compression is able to bring the sample temperature above 373?K after 700?MPa. These relatively extreme conditions are of great interest for food sterilization, but they may induce undesirable change in fatty acid quality characteristics. To check for structural changes, Raman spectra of the samples are analysed after treatments. The comparison with Raman spectra of samples kept at atmospheric pressure shows that pressure induces some conformational changes at the hydrocarbon skeleton in solid samples, while the liquid ones remain unchanged. No cis/trans isomerization occurs, but gauche conformers are likely to be present.  相似文献

样品中的有机碘高温灰化后,在酸性条件下,经饱和溴水将I^-氧化为IO3^-.在0.06%的磷酸酸度条件下,以KI还原KIO3,使样品中的碘放大六倍。系统优化选择了定波长、磷酸酸度、氯化钠质量浓度、淀粉用量、碘化钾用量等。在选定的最佳实验条件下,碘质量浓度在0~3.2μg/mL范围旱良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9995;方法榆出限为0.028μg/mL,回收率为96.27%~106.43%。  相似文献
